Visoko is an interesting day-trip option from Sarajevo or central Bosnia. Allow four to six hours for the essentials, or a full day if you want to combine the Ravne tunnels, a town break and the climb to medieval Visoki.

The “Bosnian Valley of the Pyramids”
“Bosnian Valley of the Pyramids” is a tourism name used for sites around Visoko and for an interpretation promoted by the Archaeological Park: Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun Foundation. Visitors can tour managed locations and hear the organisers’ interpretation.
